The Cost of Goods Has Skyrocketed in Gaza

So we’re going to support 40 Gazan families before Christmas

We began the Elham Fund in November 2023.

Our goal was simple; provide money and medicine to a four year old boy with a chronic condition who was sheltering with his family in a church in Gaza City.

But because of you, the Elham Fund now supports 50 families with $600.00 a month.

Your generosity has provided food, medicine, and diapers to hundreds of people who would otherwise go without.

But more importantly, you have helped empower Gazans to live with dignity – to make decisions for themselves about how to purchase goods that best suit their needs.

With the incoming freezing temperatures, rising and very little shelter, the Elham Fund will be providing direct cash assistance to forty new families before Christmas.

The cost of goods has skyrocketed in Gaza. According to some of the families we have spoken with, a pack of diapers costs approximately $100.00.

The joy of helping a mother buy diapers, of helping families purchase warm clothing winter, and giving families living under attacks and genocide the dignity to save themselves is like nothing else.

That’s why the Elham Fund will be supporting 40 new families before Christmas.
